| Zusammenfassung: | Esta investigación tuvo como finalidad indagar sobre las habilidades gerenciales y su impacto en el posicionamiento de la Clínica Odontológica Health Dental de la ciudad de Ambato, provincia de Tungurahua. Se ha constatado directamente el desconocimiento sobre habilidades gerenciales por parte de la gerencia mismas que son de gran ayuda administrativa; asi como el bajo posicionamiento comercial de la clínica en la ciudad. La fundamentación teórica, está dada por la concepción de varios autores enfocados en habilidades gerenciales y posicionamiento. Otros temas tomados en cuenta son dirección, liderazgo, marketing estratégico, los cuales se encuentran tratados en la encuesta como aspectos para dilucidar el tema de estudio. Se estableció una investigación exploratoria, puesto que el manejo administrativo es un tema poco estudiado en el área de la odontología. La investigación de campo pues la información obtenida fue directamente desde el personal que labora en la entidad. Se diseño dos tipos de cuestionarios, uno dirigido al personal y otro a los pacientes. El aporte de este trabajo es el conocimiento de las habilidades gerenciales y su impacto en el posicionamiento de la Clínica Odontológica Health Dental de la ciudad de Ambato, provincia de Tungurahua al determinar que si existe correlación entre las dos variables de estudio que inciden en el éxito que pueda tener la clínica. Por último, se concluyó que los profesionales odontólogos que están al frente de estas organizaciones deben adquirir los conocimientos necesarios sobre el tema para que estén debidamente preparados para su dirección. |
| Beschreibung: | The purpose of this research was to inquire about managerial skills and their impact on the positioning of the Health Dental Clinic in the city of Ambato, Tungurahua province. The lack of knowledge about managerial skills on the part of the management, which are of great administrative help, has been personally verified, as well as the low commercial position of the clinic in the city. The theoretical foundation is given by the conception of several authors focused on management skills and positioning. Other topics considered are management, leadership, strategic marketing, which are treated in the survey as aspects to elucidate the subject of study. An exploratory investigation was established, since administrative management is a subject, little studied in dentistry, as well as field investigation since the information obtained was directly from the personnel who work in the entity. Two types of questionnaires were designed, one addressed to the staff and the other to the patients. The contribution of this work is the knowledge of managerial skills and their impact on the positioning of the Health Dental Clinic, by determining whether there is a correlation between the two study variables that affect the success of the clinic. Finally, it was concluded that the dental professionals who oversee these organizations must acquire the necessary knowledge on the subject so that they are properly prepared for their management. |
