| Zusammenfassung: | El siguiente trabajo de investigación está encaminado al estudio de: La consigna didáctica en la comunicación asertiva con padres de familia en el nivel inicial, aportando de esta manera al objetivo general que busca analizar la consigna didáctica en la comunicación asertiva con los padres de familia en el nivel inicial. Por lo que fue necesario, tomar en cuenta los argumentos teóricos de revistas científicas, libros y artículos de investigaciones anteriores para dar un sustento más valioso a los antecedentes y a cada una de las variables. La investigación tiene un enfoque mixto es decir (cuali-cuantitativo), el enfoque cualitativo, siendo de tipo descriptiva pues tiene como objetivo el describir los tipos de consignas didácticas que son más utilizadas por las docentes en el nivel inicial esto con el apoyo de un guion de entrevista, aplicado a 2 docentes en el nivel inicial II, para el enfoque cuantitativo, este de tipo correlacional el cual se busca junto con el objetivo establecer la consigna didáctica con la comunicación asertiva entre docentes y padres de familia en el nivel inicial esto a su vez por medio de una encuesta con una escala de valoración y 9 ítems de preguntas. Para la validación de dichos resultados cuantitativos fue necesario realizar la fiabilidad con el Alpha de Cronbach dando como resultado el 0.800 y de esta manera poder establecer una hipótesis, la cual tuvo como respuesta un aspecto positivo y la que permite saber que una consigna didáctica si influye en la comunicación asertiva con padres de familia en el nivel inicial |
| Beschreibung: | This research work is aimed at the study of the didactic instruction in assertive communication with parents at pre-primary level, thus contributing to the general objective that pursues to analyze the didactic instruction in assertive communication with parents at pre-primary level. Therefore, it was necessary to consider the theoretical arguments of scientific journals, books and previous research articles to give a more valuable support to each of the variables. The research has a mixed approach, that is quali-quantitative. The qualitative approach, which is of descriptive type because it has the purpose of describing the types of didactic instructions that are most used by teachers at the pre-primary level, this with the support of an interview script applied to 2 teachers at the pre-primary level II. On the other hand, for the quantitative approach, which is of correlational type and in conjunction with the objective seek to establish the didactic instruction with assertive communication between teachers and parents of pre-primary level through a survey with a rating scale and 9 question items. For the validation of these quantitative results, it was necessary to analyze the reliability through Cronbach's Alpha, resulting in 0.800 and this way setting a hypothesis, which had a positive aspect as a response and allows to figure out that a didactic instruction does influence assertive communication with parents at the pre-primary level |
