Descripción : The present research work was proposed with the objective of designing a proposal for a management model for a physical activity program based on the metabolic needs of university students, proposing a quantitative study, non-experimental, descriptive and cross-sectional scope, in a sample of 1691 students, which were categorized by their metabolic profiles through the META-V platform, which determined that a percentage group of less than 15% were found in "High risk" and "Risk" profiles with a "Basic" training level, in relation to the "Sports", "Athletic" and "Elite" profiles, with an "Advanced" training level, in the same way, groups of less than 10% were found and the xii highest percentage was found in the "Normal sedentary", "Normal" and "In shape" profiles with an intermediate training level. In a second part, a questionnaire was applied to determine the preference of physical activity programs, frequency and temporality of use of the same and in this way, through a statistical distribution, establish a management proposal comprised by an analysis of the capacity of use of common facilities (gymnasium), distribution of physical activity programs by metabolic needs, being the preferred types of physical activity of the students the use of the gym, functional programs and dance therapy, with less preference for aerobics programs and sports games. Similarly, the weekly and daily frequency, distribution of physical spaces for the development of physical activity programs, characterization and distribution of human talent for the development of physical activity programs and supervision of training in common areas (gymnasium), methodology for controlling the flow of users of the services to be provided, and a model for evaluating compliance and results of program implementation.
