| Resumen : | La presente investigación consistió en investigar la incidencia de la conectividad y la deserción escolar de los estudiantes de Educación General Básica de la Unidad Educativa “Jerusalén” del cantón Ambato. La presente investigación es de nivel descriptiva ya que permitió diagnosticar el nivel de acceso a la conectividad de los estudiantes. Se puso en práctica la modalidad bibliográfica – documental por que se basó en fuentes bibliográficas, artículos científicos, documentos web, libros, etc. Los cuales construirá el sustento teórico y la modalidad de campo por que se palpará la realidad educativa. La metodología utilizada tuvo un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, ayudará a describir y analizar loa resultado, es decir se desarrollará en la unidad educativa para la recolección de datos estadísticos. A si mismo se implementó como técnica la encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario estructurado con doce preguntas para los docentes y discentes. Se trabajo con una población de 116 estudiantes de Educación General Básica y 10 docentes. Además, para diagnosticar el nivel de acceso a la conectividad de los estudiantes y poder analizar los factores de la deserción escolar. Las conclusiones se evidencian que la conectividad influye en la deserción escolar de una manera significativa por las escasas herramientas tecnológicas y económicas. |
| Descripción : | ABSTRACT The present investigation consisted of investigating the incidence of connectivity and school desertion of the students of Basic General Education of the Educational Unit "Jerusalem" of the Ambato canton. The present investigation is of descriptive level since it demonstrated the level of access to the connectivity of the students. The bibliographic - documentary modality was put into practice because it was based on bibliographic sources, scientific articles, web documents, books, etc. Which will build the theoretical support and the field modality by which the educational reality will be palpated. The methodology used had a qualitative and quantitative approach, it will help to describe and analyze the result, that is, it will be developed in the educational unit for the collection of statistical data. In itself, the survey and the instrument were implemented as a structured questionnaire with twelve questions for teachers and students. We worked with a population of 116 students of Basic General Education and 10 teachers. In addition, to detect the level of access to connectivity of students and to be able to analyze the factors of school dropout. The conclusions show that connectivity influences school dropout in a significant way due to the scarce technological and economic tools |
