| Abstract: | La presente investigación se realizó para conocer como la transición digital ha beneficiado económicamente en los comercios especializados y no especializados de la delimitación espacial seleccionada, pues debido a la emergencia sanitaria causada por el covid-19 (sars cov2), la “normalidad” en el estilo de vida ha fluctuado de tal forma que existe una “nueva normalidad”, en donde las personas han buscado o generado diferentes formas y medios para subsistir, y sobrevivir durante el aislamiento social. (Chiliquinga- Baquero, 2021). Muchos mercaderes se vieron en la necesidad de cambiar sus actividades de subsistencia drásticamente tanto en su aplicabilidad como en su distribución. Los sistemas económicos del mundo se vieron gravemente afectados por la pandemia y se puede considerar que América Latina puede ser la zona más afectada debido a su débil sistema económico actual. En este caso, las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYMES) obviamente no son una excepción, porque lógicamente, por sus propias características, serán las primeras en verse más afectadas por esta nueva epidemia. Se ha visto la necesidad de observar el comportamiento sistemático de los comerciantes (zona 3) ante la “nueva normalidad”, como se sabe la economía del país gira alrededor de estos, por ende, su análisis es necesario para poder establecer u observar la posible sostenibilidad que puede tener la actividad comercial en este distrito del país. Con lo descrito anteriormente se busca tener una idea clara del impacto que ha tenido el modelo de trabajo diario en la zona 3 del país. |
| Description: | This research was carried out to find out how the digital transition in specialized and non- specialized stores benefited economically, because due to the health emergency caused by covid-19 (sars cov2), the “normality” in the lifestyle has fluctuated from such that there is a "new normal", where people have sought or generated different ways and means to subsist, and survive during social isolation. Many merchants found it necessary to drastically change their subsistence activities both in their applicability and in their distribution. The world's economic systems were severely affected by the pandemic and Latin America may be considered the most affected area due to its current weak economic system. In this case, small and medium- sized enterprises (SMEs) are obviously no exception, because logically, due to their own characteristics, they will be the first to be most affected by this new epidemic. It has been seen the need to observe the systematic behavior of merchants (zone 3) in the face of the "new normal", as is known the country's economy revolves around these, therefore, its analysis is necessary to be able to establish or observe the possible sustainability that commercial activity may have in this district of the country. With what has been described above, we seek to have a clear idea of the impact that the daily work model has had in zone 3 of the country. |
