Políticas y programas de salud pediátrica y atención a niños con enfermedades catastróficas hospital general IESS Ambato

Abstract

From the perspective of social work in health, public policies and programs are visualized and analyzed within the “Hospital Iess (social security institute) Ambato” in the specialty of pediatric medicine focused on catastrophic diseases. The analysis was structured from participant observation, in the department of statistics, referrals and social work of the hospital, the protocols used in the care of these users were verified, verifying processes carried out effectively for the well-being of the minor attended.
