Abstract: Wlingua App is an innovative tool that helps English Language Students understanding and learning the language processes in current times to explore the EFL education, this study presents how this App contributes to the development of the listening skills in an EFL setting. This quali-quantitative action research was carried out at Charlotte English School of Ambato, with elementary students. Pedagogical interventions involved all students (15) by applying a pre and post-test Preliminary English Test by Cambridge which asses the listening skill (PET). The goal was to analyze how the listening skill was improved through the implementation of Wlingua App. The findings show that students established interactions with the source of information provided by the tool that enabled them to create and disclose new meanings. The results also proved that the App improves and fosters their learning process with different activities that the tool contains
