El imaginario colectivo del sector Lizarzaburu del cantón Riobamba y su influencia en la rehabilitación interior del Teatro León

Abstract

In this document, a research based on academic design, based on Architectural Design and interior rehabilitation, is presented and analyzed, discussing the different individual and group contributions that have become a valuable study within the university academic research field, allowing the establishment of thought collective within a heritage space, through the interaction of the intellectual field and the proposal of investigative routes that allow to study, pose, contextualize and better understand all the problems that have arisen; Various reflections are also offered on the use and proper conduct of a study of the recovery of interior spaces through the different documents and scientific articles that make up this document, providing several updated contributions within the academic field. Riobamba for some years, is focused on the cultural heritage value, applying the reconstruction and conservation of the different architectural heritage of the city. So this research is manifested with the purpose of making known the history and value of the León Theater, analyzing the different characteristics in terms of composition, forms, materials and functional elements, all accompanied by historical research where highlights different important events per period, while through an on-site investigation was documented the current status of Theater León for further study and rehabilitation with the respective authorization of GADM Riobamba and thus highlight the contribution and inclusion of society within of this valuable tangible heritage of the city.
