| Abstract: | Las empresas pueden optar por tomar varias decisiones en lo que se refiere a su financiamiento de los recursos necesarios para su actividad, los cuales son de gran importancia para el crecimiento de las empresas, podemos hablar de dos tipos de financiamiento el tradicional a través de la banca privada y por otro lado el financiamiento a través de la bolsa de valores el cual es casi desconocido, el primer medio es usado cotidianamente, lo cual es conocido, mientras que el segundo, debido a la falta de información y funcionamiento es poco utilizado, no solo por las empresas ambateñas si no a nivel nacional, por lo cual se realizó encuestas para saber cuáles son los factores importantes que intervienen en la no inversión en la Bolsa de Valore y se pudo concluir que más de la mitad de las empresas no conoce el funcionamiento y los requisitos para participar de este financiamiento. |
