La transculturación de Mushuc Runa Sporting Club y la formación de esterotipos de los habitantes de Chibuleo

Abstract

studies the influence of MushucRuna Sporting Club in the transculturally of Chibuleo ethnic group through stereotyping. It determines topics concerning to the influence of a soccer sports team and its impact on the indigenous culture of the Chibuleo´s community as well as on their clothing and traditions. It contains the analysis of the problem from the qualitative and quantitative approaches through surveys and depth interviews where different cultural sport readjustments are described, which are daily occurring in Chibuleo´s youth. The students of the Unidad Educativadel Milenium were investigated. Furthermore, several depth interviews were performed to the leaders of the MushucRuna Sporting Club as well as some indigenous professionals in the culture, sport field. It is concluded that globalization, and the advance of modernity is imminent in the process of acculturation one of them is soccer. This is a set of relationships and representations that produces an archetypal symbolic integration in people producing an strong and unconscious attraction to it without considering this stereotypical production.
