| Abstract: | Thisworkwasdeveloped through aresearch study, with the main objective to determinethe influence ofstaffturnoverinmeetingoperational objectives. | Description: | El presente trabajo fue elaborado mediante un estudio investigativo, teniendo como objetivo principal determinar la influencia de la rotación de personal en el cumplimiento de los objetivos operacionales. La investigación de efectuó en la empresa Ofilimpia, ubicada en la ciudad de Latacunga, cantón Cotopaxi. Los participantes que intervienen en la investigación son 58 colaboradores, entre administrativos y operativos. La información obtenida fue recolectada a través de una encuesta, realizando la tabulación, análisis e interpretación de resultados, aplicados para la elaboración de conclusiones y recomendaciones, estableciendo como alternativa de solución la elaboración de un manual de funciones para beneficio de los colaboradores de la empresa Ofilimpia del cantón Latacunga, fortaleciendo de esta manera la eficiencia, eficacia y productividad, contribuyendo de manera gratificante al éxito empresarial. Enfatizando aspectos relacionados con la rotación de personal y objetivos operacionales de la empresa Ofilimpia, teniendo como finalidad analizar y proponer alternativas de mejora, guiando a planificar, administrar y gestionar al personal fomentando un ambiente laboral agradable y motivador |
