| dc.description | The management audit was born as a need to evaluate the decisions adopted by the directors, regarding the objectives, policies, plans, structures, information systems, procedures; and its purpose is to specify the level of performance and opportunities for improvement of an organization, to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources and analyze the fulfillment of the objectives and goals achieved, that is why the study has the purpose of executing an audit of management that evaluates the decentralized autonomous government of the Quinchicoto parish of the Tisaleo canton, to determine its adequate management, for which part of the study is taken of all the departments and commissions that the Quinchicoto parish GAD manages, within these we have: infrastructure and productivity, tourism and environment budget, social welfare and socio-cultural. Those in charge of these commissions help to better collect the data necessary for the study. Through the specific planning, the current situation of the entity was known, while in the execution of the audit, work papers and management indicators were made that helped to measure the situation of each department under study. | dc.description.abstract | La auditoría de gestión nace como una necesidad de evaluar las decisiones adoptadas por los directivos, respecto a los objetivos, políticas, planes, estructuras, sistemas de información, procedimientos; y tiene como propósito precisar el nivel de desempeño y oportunidades de mejora de una organización, para asegurar el empleo eficaz y eficiente de los recursos y analizar el cumplimento de los objetivos y metas alcanzadas, es por eso que el estudio tiene como fin ejecutar una auditoria de gestión que evalúe al gobierno autónomo descentralizado de la parroquia Quinchicoto del cantón Tisaleo, para determinar su adecuado manejo, para lo cual se toma parte del estudio a todos los departamentos y comisiones que el GAD parroquial de Quinchicoto maneja, dentro de estos tenemos: infraestructura y productividad, presupuesto turismo y medio ambiente, bienestar social y socio cultural. Los encargados de estas comisiones ayudan para una mejor recolección de datos necesarios para el estudio. Mediante la planificación especifica se conoció la situación actual de la entidad, mientras que en la ejecución de auditoria se realizó papeles de trabajo e indicadores de gestión que ayudaron a medir la situación de cada departamento en estudio. Finalmente se presentó un informe donde se detalló los hallazgos encontrados. | es_ES |
