Abstract

In this research project we study the financial planning of the livestock sector of the parish Juan Benigno Vela of the canton Ambato and the impact it has on decision making; The problem found in the development of research is the inappropriate management of economic activities, this is because they do not have adequate planning, it is also evident that they do not establish a budget for income and expenses, they do not have any registration for such Reason has not allowed the farmers of the parish Juan Benigno Vela to make the most accurate decisions when undertaking their daily activities. In order to solve the aforementioned, it is necessary to carry out a financial planning, so that, through the application of this tool, the difficulties and shortcomings that they have been experiencing up to the present and in this way to maintain a balance between the income and expenses that the breeders of this sector have come. In order to obtain these results, a survey was carried out and the respective observation sheet, these instruments allowed to know the reality of the sector under study. Financial planning needs to be carried out and implemented to counteract the problems encountered.
