| dc.description | The objective of this research work is to analyze the internal control system and the impact on the management of the Cantonal Sports Leagues of the Province of Pastaza for effective and efficient management when making decisions within the entity within the 2020 period. Considering that the internal control system is important in all entities, which must be applied to avoid future risks. For this study, a sample of 3 entities was obtained, which will include the Sports Leagues of Mera, Arajuno and Santa Clara, from which information was obtained through them. Therefore, the internal control system is determined as the dependent variable, and, on the other hand, the independent variable is defined as the impact on management. Thus, the Cantonal Sports Leagues are quite deteriorated, since it lacks an internal control system, for decision-making and fulfillment of objectives. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el sistema de control interno y el impacto en la gestión de las Ligas Deportivas Cantonales de la Provincia de Pastaza para el manejo eficaz y eficiente al momento de tomar decisiones dentro de la entidad dentro del periodo 2020. Considerando que el sistema de control interno es importante en todas las entidades, las cuales deben ser aplicadas para evitar riesgos a futuro. Para este estudio se consideró una muestra de 3 entidades las cuales comprenden las Ligas Deportivas de Mera, Arajuno y Santa Clara de las cuales se obtuvo información a través de estas. Por consiguiente, se determina como variable dependiente el sistema de control interno, y, por otra parte, definiendo a la variable independiente al impacto en la gestión. Siendo así, que las Ligas Deportivas Cantonales se encuentran bastantes deterioradas, ya que carece de un sistema de control interno, para la toma de decisiones y cumplimientos de los objetivos. | es_ES |
