| dc.description | The agricultural sector in Ecuador is essential for economic development, because the Ecuadorian economy is emerging and does not have agricultural technification, for this reason rural labor indicators such as GVA are characteristic features in an economy and determine the growth of the same. Therefore, conceiving how they have evolved and behaved is important in order to generate possible solutions. Due to this, the present investigative work is carried out in order to analyze the rural labor situation in the Agricultural Gross Added Value in Ecuador, period 2014-2021; For this, it is necessary to describe the labor situation in rural areas in Ecuador, establish the behavior of the Agricultural Gross Added Value and determine the relationship of the Rural Labor Indicators in the Agricultural Gross Added Value in Ecuador. The applied methodology corresponds to a descriptive study of the variables and an econometric model that allows establishing the degree of relationship between the variables. To determine the relationship of the Rural Labor Indicators in the Agricultural Gross Added Value in Ecuador, a fixed and random effects model is carried out, which has the agricultural GVA as the dependent variable and employment, underemployment, other employment as independent variables. not full employment, unpaid employment and unemployment, in the econometric estimation of this model it is obtained that the square r corresponds to 83.81 percent, which means that adequate employment, underemployment, other employment, unpaid employment and unemployment have effects on the GVA of 83.81 percent. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El sector agrícola en el Ecuador es indispensable para el desarrollo económico, debido a que la economía ecuatoriana es emergente y no cuenta con la tecnificación agrícola, por esto los indicadores laborales rurales y el VAB son rasgos característicos en una economía y que determinan el crecimiento de la misma. Por lo cual, concebir cómo han evolucionado y comportado son de importancia para poder generar posibles soluciones. Debido a esto se realiza el presente trabajo investigativo con el fin de analizar la situación laboral rural en el Valor Agregado Bruto Agropecuario en el Ecuador, periodo 2014-2021; para esto es necesario describir la situación laboral en el área rural en el Ecuador, establecer el comportamiento del Valor Agregado Bruto Agropecuario y determinar la relación de los Indicadores Laborales Rurales en el Valor Agregado Bruto Agropecuario en el Ecuador. La metodología aplicada corresponde a un estudio descriptivo de las variables y un modelo econométrico que permite establecer el grado de relación entre las variables. Para determinar la relación de los Indicadores Laborales Rurales en el Valor Agregado Bruto Agropecuario en el Ecuador, se realiza un modelo de efectos fijos y aleatorios, el cual tiene como variable dependiente el VAB agropecuario y como variables independientes, el empleo, subempleo, otro empleo no pleno, el empleo no remunerado y el desempleo, en la estimación econométrica de este modelo se obtiene que el r cuadrado corresponde a 83.81 por ciento lo cual significa que el empleo adecuado, el subempleo, el otro empleo, el empleo no remunerado y el desempleo tienen efectos en el VAB del 83.81 por ciento. | es_ES |
