| dc.description | La mediación comunitaria se presenta como una herramienta fundamental para la construcción de una nueva cultura de paz en las parroquias rurales del cantón Ambato. Este estudio analiza cómo la mediación comunitaria contribuye a la resolución de conflictos y al fortalecimiento de las relaciones sociales en estas comunidades. A través de una metodología cualicuantativa, que incluye encuestas que recogen percepciones de los habitantes de las parroquias rurales sobre la efectividad de la mediación en la resolución de disputas locales. Los resultados indican que la mediación comunitaria no solo facilita la solución pacífica de conflictos menores, sino que también promueve la cohesión social y el desarrollo de una cultura de diálogo y respeto mutuo. Se concluye que la implementación de programas de mediación comunitaria es esencial para fomentar una convivencia pacífica y el empoderamiento de las comunidades rurales en el cantón Ambato, sugiriendo además datos significativos para aplicar estrategias específicas para su fortalecimiento y expansión en el cantón y la provincia | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Community mediation is presented as a fundamental tool for the construction of a new culture of peace in the rural parishes of the Ambato. This study analyzes how community mediation contributes to the resolution of conflicts and the strengthening of social relationships in these communities. Through a mixed methodology, which includes surveys that collect perceptions of the inhabitants of rural parishes about the effectiveness of mediation in the resolution of local disputes. The results indicate that community mediation not only facilitates the peaceful resolution of minor conflicts, but also promotes social cohesion and the development of a culture of dialogue and mutual respect. It is concluded that the implementation of community mediation programs is essential to promote peaceful coexistence and the empowerment of rural communities in the Ambato canton, also suggesting significant data to apply specific strategies for its strengthening and expansion in the canton and the province | es_ES |
