| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación plantea el tema "Riesgo operativo en el refinanciamiento-reestructuración de créditos y la rentabilidad en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Chibuleo, Matriz Ambato 2015.", en vista de que se detecta falencias en el proceso de refinanciamiento y reestructuración de créditos, debido a la inexistencia de procesos, lo cual provoca negligencias laborales que pueden afectar la situación financiera de la entidad. La elaboración del marco teórico se realizó con la investigación bibliográfica que permitió ampliar conceptos relacionados al riesgo operativo, refinanciación y reestructuración de créditos, rentabilidad, gestión financiera y otros argumentos relativos con las variables relativas al riesgo operativo en el refinanciamiento-reestructuración de créditos y la rentabilidad. Con los balances y estados financieros obtenidos en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Chibuleo, se realizó el análisis de rentabilidad y mediante una ficha de observación de campo se detectó la presencia de riesgos operativos en el proceso mencionado. Por lo que se detectó que en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Chibuleo, se hizo presencia del riesgo operativo en recursos humanos y en procesos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This research raises the issue "Operational risk in refinancing-loan restructuring and profitability in the credit union Chibuleo, 2015 Ambato Matrix", in view of shortcomings detected in the process of refinancing and restructuring credit, due to the lack of processes, causing labor malpractices that can affect the financial position of the entity. The development of the theoretical framework was performed with the bibliographic research which broadened concepts related to operational risk, refinancing and restructuring of loans, profitability, financial management and other arguments concerning the variables relating to operational risk on the refinancing-loan restructuring and cost effectiveness. Balance sheets and financial statements obtained in the credit union Chibuleo, profitability analysis was performed and by field observation record the presence of operational risks detected in the above process.
