Experiencia académica y satisfacción estudiantil. Un análisis crítico en la Facultad de Contabilidad y Auditoría

| dc.description | The aim of this research is to measure the satisfaction of students in their final semesters at the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing, using the SEUE survey developed by Gento & García (2003), consisting of 93 items and 10 variables. When analysing the students' preferences, it was determined that most of the students in the faculty are female. However, in the Economics programmed, the gender that stands out is male and this is due to several factors that are detailed in this research project. The analysis of satisfaction showed that students in the seventh and eighth semesters of the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing are "Quite Satisfied", with variables I and VII standing out with a high percentage of satisfaction. On the other hand, variables III and IX showed a lower degree of satisfaction. In addition, Spearman's method was used to determine whether there is a relationship between the variables analysed. It was concluded that all the variables are correlated with each other, and the importance of considering the students' experience during their stay at the university in order to improve the level of student satisfaction is highlighted. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo medir la satisfacción de los estudiantes que se encuentran cursando los últimos semestres de la Facultad de Contabilidad y Auditoría, para ello se utilizó la encuesta SEUE elaborada por Gento & García (2003), compuesta por 10 variables con un total de 93 ítems. Al analizar las preferencias de los estudiantes se determinó que la gran parte de los estudiantes son de género femenino en la Facultad. No obstante, en la carrera de Economía el género que destaca es el masculino y esto se debe a varios factores que se detallan en el presente proyecto de investigación. El análisis de la satisfacción mostró que los estudiantes de los séptimos y octavos semestres de la facultad de Contabilidad y Auditoría se encuentran “Bastantes Satisfechos”, destacando las variables I y VII con un alto porcentaje de satisfacción. Por otro lado, las variables III Y IX mostraron menor grado de satisfacción. Además, se utilizó el método de Spearman para determinar si existe una relación entre las variables analizadas. Se concluyó que todas las variables están correlacionadas entre sí, y se resalta la importancia de considerar la experiencia de los estudiantes durante su estadía en la universidad para mejorar el nivel de satisfacción de los alumnos. | es_ES |
