| dc.description | A new form of management and doing business, although Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is inherent in the company, recently making markets based on ethical principles and adhering to the law is really strategic, in which companies are concerned that the actions of operation are sustainable economic, social and environmental, maintaining a high recognition of the interests of all involved with which they are related. The investigation of this problem was made in the interest of knowing if the corporate social responsibility goes beyond being a culture, that this becomes charitable works and of direct contribution to the economic and financial development, for which, the methodology was applied exploratory, descriptive, and field type, to savings and credit cooperatives segment-1 of the province of Tungurahua. | dc.description.abstract | Una nueva forma de gestión y de hacer negocios, aunque la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) es inherente en la empresa recientemente hacer mercados basados en principios ético y apegados a la ley es realmente estratégico, en el cual las empresas se ocupan de que las acciones de operación sean sustentable económico, social y ambiental, manteniendo un alto reconocimiento de los intereses de todos los involucrados con los que estas se relacionan. La investigación de esta problemática se realizó por el interés de conocer si la responsabilidad social empresarial va más allá de ser una cultura, que esta se convierta en obras de beneficencia y de aporte directo al desarrollo económico financiero, para lo cual, se aplicó la metodología de tipo exploratoria, descriptiva, y de campo, hacia las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito del segmento-1 de la provincia de Tungurahua. Finalmente se determinó que este sector cooperativo incluye a la RSE de manera filantrópica, por ser instituciones que trabajan para el bien comunitario solo realizan sus operaciones sociales, económicas, y ambientales bajo la ética y responsabilidad pertinente, que no afecta de manera significativa el desarrollo económico, pero si retrasa la incorporación del concepto. | es_ES |
