| dc.description | La inadmisión de las demandas dentro de un juicio monitorio incide en la decisión de los autos interlocutorios que son emitidos por los jueces de la Unidad Judicial Civil, la cual se encuentra enmarcada en Código Orgánico General de Procesos - COGEP, en aplicación del artículos 147; por lo cual, la presente investigación se realizará conforme a las reglas del COGEP, y en base a la motivación de los Jueces para dictar el auto de inadmisión de las demandas en procedimiento monitorio con la aplicación del COGEP y la Constitución de la República del Ecuador.
