Abstract
The Project aims to let know the different characteristics about the popular celebration
of the San Miguel Prince of Salcedo, focused on the cultural strengthening of this
tradition in the children to empower with the identity and heritage guarantee the survival
during generations of San Miguel of Salcedo. Also the educational establishments the
cultural information is enough and it is not adequate because the media is not optimum
to transmit and the consequence is the cultural contribution get worse in children.
The needed the Project became from the problematic of devaluation of the
characteristics of the celebration of San Miguel Prince of Salcedo, the lacking existent
material is not for children because it does not have pictures that allow to identify the
different aspects of the celebration, this is the purpose that the celebration devaluate in
the young people, however the teachers consider that the graphic illustration printed
format is material to apply in the teaching to the cultural topic.
One solution that give to the problematic is the application of the searching methodology
according to the information recollected, leaving from interviews to expert in the topic
to know and increase the information of the celebration. It applies to teacher and
students, once established the results by the target the response is the creation un graphic
illustrated format that let know the principal characteristics of the San Miguel Prince
celebration.
The proposal can apply as supporting material for teaching the values and identity of the
celebration of the own city and strength the cultural learning prevailing to the future
generations.
Description
La presente investigación tiene el propósito dar a conocer las diferentes características
referentes a la fiesta popular del príncipe San Miguel de Salcedo, enfocándose en el
fortalecimiento cultural de esta tradición en los niños y niñas para que se empoderen con
la identidad y patrimonio garantizando la pervivencia durante muchas generaciones de
San Miguel de Salcedo. Además, en los establecimientos educativos la información
cultural es insuficiente y esta no es adecuada ya que los medios no son óptimos para
trasmitir, a consecuencia de ello se va deteriorando el aporte cultural en los niños.
La necesidad de la investigación nace a partir del problema de la desvalorización de las
características de la fiesta popular del Príncipe San Miguel de Salcedo, el escaso
material existente no es apto para niños ya que son libros antiguos y dirigidos para
adultos donde carecen de imágenes que ayuden a identificar diferentes aspectos de la
festividad, este es un motivo por el cual se deprecia la festividad en los más pequeños,
por otra parte los docentes consideran que los soportes gráfico impresos ilustrados es
material que se aplica para la enseñanza de la temática cultural.
Una solución que se da a la problemática mediante la aplicación de una metodología
acorde para recolección de datos, partiendo de entrevistas a expertos en el tema para
conocer e incrementar la información de la festividad, se aplica encuestas a profesores y
estudiantes, una vez establecidos los resultados por parte del público objetivo da como
respuesta la creación de un soporte gráfico ilustrado impreso que permita conocer las
principales características de la fiesta popular del príncipe San Miguel de Salcedo.
La propuesta se puede aplicar como material de apoyo para la enseñanza de valores e
identidad de la festividad propia de la ciudad y así fortalecer su aprendizaje cultural
prevaleciendo durante futuras generaciones.
