| dc.description | El presente trabajo de titulación denominado “Impacto de la gestión de inventarios en la rentabilidad de la empresa VIHALMOTOS IMPORTACIONES S.A.”, tiene la finalidad de evaluar el nivel de incidencia de la gestión de inventarios en la rentabilidad de esta empresa para mejorar la rotación de inventarios, tomando en cuenta varios factores que serán analizados con el objetivo de obtener un diagnostico razonable de lo que se va a analizar. Es así que para realizar el presente trabajo se efectuó un análisis a los procesos que se realizan en la gestión de los inventarios, es decir compras, ventas y almacenamiento para identificar sus puntos críticos, por otra parte, se aplicaron indicadores financieros para evaluar la rentabilidad generada por la importadora y para mejorar su liquidez se plantean estrategias de liquidación de inventarios. Así también, con base a la información teórica recopilada se determinó la herramienta que la empresa debe implementar para mejorar la gestión de inventarios que contribuirá a obtener una rentabilidad competitiva en el mercado en el cual la empresa se desenvuelve, hay que tomar en cuenta que al momento de realizar la presente investigación existieron diversas limitaciones como son la poca información al no existir delegados para cada una de las actividades dentro de los procesos que la requiere. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This work titration called "Impact of inventory management in the profitability of the company VIHALMOTOS IMPORTACIONES S.A.", is intended to assess the level of incidence of inventory management in the profitability of the company to improve inventory turnover taking into account several factors that will be analyzed to have a reasonable diagnosis of what is to be analyzed. Thus for this paper analyzes the processes performed in inventory management, purchase, sale and storage to identify critical points on the other hand took place, financial indicators were applied to evaluate the profitability generated by the importer to improve its liquidity strategies arise inventory liquidation.
