| dc.description | The main objective of the integrative project entitled "Compliance Audit of the Public Procurement process of the Municipal GAD of the Latacunga Canton is to carry out a compliance audit of the Public Procurement process of the Municipal GAD of the Latacunga Canton for verification of compliance of the legal provisions that regulate the procedures. The research methodology is a qualitative- quantitative approach, with a field, bibliographic and documentary investigative modality at a descriptive level, this applied to the analysis unit where seven officials involved in the public procurement process were studied. A compliance audit was developed in relation to three phases. Finally, it was concluded that, through the audit, main findings were found that allowed knowing how the processes are fulfilled or not according to the LOSNCP that governs the Municipal GAD of the Latacunga cantón. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto Integrador titulado “Auditoría de Cumplimiento al proceso de Compras Públicas del GAD Municipal del Cantón Latacunga durante el año 2020” tiene como objetivo principal realizar una auditoría de cumplimiento al proceso de Compras Públicas del GAD Municipal del Cantón Latacunga para la verificación de la observancia de las disposiciones legales que regulan los procedimientos. La metodología de investigación es de enfoque cualicuantitativo, con modalidad investigativa de campo, bibliográfica y documental de nivel descriptivo, esto aplicado aplicada a la unidad de análisis donde se estudió a siete funcionarios involucrados en el proceso de compras públicas. Se desarrolló una auditoria de cumplimiento en relación a tres fases. Finalmente,se llegó a la conclusión que, por medio de la auditoria se encontraron principales hallazgos que permitieron conocer como los procesos se cumplen o no según la LOSNCP que rige al GAD Municipal del cantón Latacunga. | es_ES |
