| dc.description | A tax audit is a systematic process that examines the tax situation of a company, evaluating its compliance with the applicable tax regulations from a legal and accounting approach. The main objective of this type of audit is to verify that the company's tax obligations are correctly declared and complied with, avoiding penalties by the tax authorities and ensuring transparency in financial management. Under this background the present study entitled “Tax audit in the company Ferretería Ferricomercio BYCACE, in the period 2023”, aims to assess compliance with the company's tax obligations, identifying possible irregularities and proposing improvements in its tax management. The methodology used includes a mixed approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection through questionnaires, interviews and review of accounting documents. The results indicate that, although the company files its returns within the established deadlines, unintentional errors have been found that require corrections through substitute returns. In addition, there was evidence of a lack of sound internal control and the need for training of personnel in charge of tax returns. The conclusions highlight that the audit planning was fundamental to identifying risks and establish a strategic approach, allowing the collection of sufficient evidence to issue a detailed report. It is recommended to implement a more robust internal control system, conduct regular training for staff, and carry out regular audits to ensure compliance with current tax regulations. This will not only improve the company's tax management, but will also contribute to its sustainability and reputation in the market. | |
| dc.description.abstract | La auditoría tributaria es un proceso sistemático que examina la situación fiscal de una empresa, evaluando su cumplimiento con las normativas tributarias aplicables desde un enfoque jurídico y contable. Este tipo de auditoría tiene como objetivo principal verificar que las obligaciones fiscales de la empresa estén correctamente declaradas y cumplidas, evitando sanciones por parte de las autoridades tributarias y asegurando la transparencia en la gestión financiera. Bajo este antecedente el presente estudio titulado "Auditoría tributaria en la empresa Ferretería Ferricomercio BYCACE, en el período 2023", tiene como objetivo evaluar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales de la empresa, identificando posibles irregularidades y proponiendo mejoras en su gestión tributaria. La metodología empleada incluye un enfoque mixto, combinando recolección de datos cualitativos y cuantitativos a través de cuestionarios, entrevistas y revisión de documentos contables. Los resultados indican que, aunque la empresa presenta sus declaraciones dentro de los plazos establecidos, se han encontrado errores involuntarios que requieren correcciones mediante declaraciones sustitutivas. Además, se evidenció la falta de un control interno sólido y la necesidad de capacitación del personal encargado de las declaraciones fiscales. Las conclusiones destacan que la planificación de la auditoría fue fundamental para identificar riesgos y establecer un enfoque estratégico, permitiendo la recolección de evidencia suficiente para emitir un informe detallado. Se recomienda implementar un sistema de control interno más robusto, realizar capacitaciones periódicas para el personal y llevar a cabo auditorías regulares para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas fiscales vigentes. Esto no solo mejorará la gestión tributaria de la empresa, sino que también contribuirá a su sostenibilidad y reputación en el mercado. | |
