Abstract

This technical project presents the need to direct the flow efficiently, due to the fact that the current state of the irrigation canal of the study branch has intervened in the behavior of the flow due to the fact that weeds, mud and sediments have been a problem for the 25 direct users of the sector. In the present project, a topographical survey was carried out, to later translate it into a computer software, to demonstrate the profile of the terrain, the slopes that depended on the unevenness of the heights were analyzed, separating by sections, the critical slopes were defined and the slopes were determined. types of flow in each zone. Once the previous studies were obtained to verify the feasibility of the project, the concrete channel was designed, taking into account the conditions covered by the project, a trapezoidal section was chosen, this using the H-CHANNEL software, thus determining all the elements geometric structures, then a computational tool was used for the hydraulic calculation of structures thanks to its graphic display of data and results, based on the calculation of the normal depth, critical depth, hydraulic jump, backwater curves, the design of rapids or hydraulic drops. The documents will be presented to the Chacón Sevilla Irrigation Board, so that it makes the appropriate use for the benefit of the users, together with the study and design, the water analysis and the admissible quality criteria governed by Table 3 of Book VI of the Unified Text Secondary Legislation, Environment, TULSMA.
