Diseño geométrico y estructural de la vía de 5.3 km que une las comunidades Lushanta – Ardilla Urku perteneciente a la parroquia San Pablo de Ushpayacu en el cantón Archidona de la provincia de Napo

Abstract

The topographic survey was carried out, to obtain data from the terrain surface, with a considerable width of strip, the vehicle count was made to obtain the TPDA to 20 years of design, to classify the road according to the MTOP. With the road classification, the geometric layout was made (horizontal alignment, vertical and transversal), obtaining the necessary earth movements for the referential budget. For the soil tests, soundings were carried out by excavations in the road every 1 Km, obtaining a total of 6 wells, in order to determine the capacity soil bearing, moisture content, Atterberg limits, grain size, the Proctor test, to establish the resistance of the subgrade and the type of soil. With the results of the CBR and soil type, the pavement structure was determined, through the equivalent axis and the 20-year design TPDA, obtaining the thicknesses 20 cm subbase, 15 cm base and 5.0 cm asphalt layer. The hydrological study was carried out with the data obtained by the meteorological station Tena - Chaupishungo, obtaining a design flow for a return period 25 years, needed to determine the diameter of the water passages and the sections of the gutters. The referential budget was made with the amounts obtained, attaching the Analysis of unitary prices. All the aforementioned procedures are in this project for their respective interpretation, as well as also the design drawings.
