Abstract

The Project will be carried out, due to the controversy, controversy generated before the issue of Immigration, punctually in Ecuador, taking into account that, in the Universal Declaration of Human Rightts in its same article13 it establishes the right that every person has it is the power to circulate freely and also to be able to choose your residence in the territory of a State.Law in which they are protected and established as: The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Remember that there are national and international regulations that protect the rights of migrants, such as the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador and its art. 9 among others. The Importance of this research is to find a solution to the great flow of Immigration in Ecuador, but withitout violating the rights of migrants. To be able to regulate the massive income of foreigners on a regular basis, wich is also seen in contradiction in their regulations regarding the Law that people have for Free Mobillization. The methodology chosen for this research is qualitative, a method that is revelant because ist is immersed in the problem, allowing the researcher to make direct contact with or individuals, wich offers real and accurate information for said research and different questions.
