Contexto familiar y reicindencia delictiva de las personas privadas de libertad del Centro de Rehabilitación Social Ambato

Abstract

The objective of the present research work was to investigate the influence of the family context and the criminal recidivism of the people deprived of liberty of the Social Rehabilitation Center of Ambato. The methodology used was the qualitative method based on the humanistic model applied through the life stories narrated by eight persons deprived of liberty, aspects that allowed to know that the family context of the people deprived of liberty is reconstructed through the networks of friendships that they have constituted in the span of fulfilling their sentence, their consanguineous family of origin. While the relationship with those who were his partner and their children are cracked. We identified some of the causes such as family, family disputes, especially work, memory, hatred, cooperation, which are some of the causes that lead to criminal recidivism. In order not to leave the results of the research simply written, a solution was proposed: the creation of a professional training program for the improvement of the abilities of the persons deprived of liberty of the Ambato Social Rehabilitation Center based on the case management model and focused on the task.
