The investigative work has the fundamental purpose of answer the problem detected by the same: “Administrative management and the profitability in Autorrepuestos Torres in the 2014 year”, one of the main point is doesn´t have an adecuate administrative management by the lack of guidelines that carry to an empirical administration. It makes that the enterprise will have a log profitability that makes that the enterprise will get log results. One tool to resolve the problematic that ocurrs in the enterprise is capture the outline of an strategic plan. By means of this generate the change of the enterprise needs to improve the profitability levels that help to sustainability. The main contribution to the present work establish in help to promote the enterprise increase of Autorrepuestos Torres of the Ambato city by means of detailed analysis with the finality to raise an adecuate financial culture, this will reach by means of an adecuate financial planification. This will be of help to take the desitions that realize the high management of the enterprise. A main point is make this since the goals and the traced objectives.
