Abstract

This research focuses on the impact of financial planning in the profitability of the credit union COORAMBATO Ltda. Canton Ambato, since there has always been inefficient financial planning it is necessary to look for strategies to change the mode work of the institution to properly allocate the resources available. The purpose of this research is to improve the profitability of the institution, performing analysis of historical and actual data of the last two years of the Cooperative. The design of the strategic plan will allow the cooperative to have an instrument to facilitate the procedures to be applied to improve performance of its activities.
