The purpose of this investigation is to analyze the importance of an efficient Administrative Management and how this affects the Liquidity of the cooperative of saving and credit, a deficient administration will cause that this go in in a financial crisis for later close his doors to the public. At the same time this project will support in the theoretical Frame, attaining like this a synthesis of each variable so that it help to the theoretical understanding of the investigation, doing use of the antecedents of investigations effected that will serve of base to guide the development of the same, in addition to base in the valid legal laws. It used the critical paradigm positive this paradigm facilitates to the investigation to the researcher the interpretation and understanding of all the social phenomena. For the preparation of this project of investigation uses the qualitative and quantitative approaches, since these help us to answer to the questions of investigation, and at the same time exists a direct relation with the two variables to investigate: Administrative Management and Liquidity. The results of this investigation will have like beneficiaries direct to the cooperatives of saving and credit of the parish Huachi Chico especially to the “Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito UTA Ltda”, who provide all the information to analyses.
