Abstract

In the present investigation work could be detected in the Education Unit Pedro Vicente Maldonado not appropriate Pedagogical Recovery for children third year of Basic Education has problems corresponding to the cognitive skill is taught, as all children do not has the same capacity to retain knowledge and need extra reinforcement of the theme that has been in the class. To solve this problem encountered has developed a workshop for training both teachers and facility authorities to achieve impart appropriate and according to the needs of the student teaching recoveries. It is clear that in order to reach the success of the proposal need all the participating authorities, teachers, parents and especially students obtain and achieve better academic performance in each of them.
