The present work of investigation, tries to study the current problematic that the merchants of the Plaza Santa Clara of Izamba are passing, for this has been structured in different methods of investigation, such as: bibliographical studies that allowed to obtain a important view of the current operation of the Plaza; The field investigation contributed to a better approximation to the social reality of merchants and resident. For a better approach to the needs of the residents, the technique"Focal Group" was carried out, classified into 2 groups: 12- to 22-year-olds made up of 12 participants, adults between 35 and 55 years of age, comprising 15 participants. This necessary information served as a starting point for new architectural solutions. When we talked about surveys aimed at merchants, the information obtained was fundamental for the development of the new proposal, information was acquired from the internal Jobs from out of the Plaza, these data were analyzed, interpreted through graphics, this procedure served to determine that the main problema of traders is the reduced space, due to the unusual growth of marketing in vegetables over the years The proposal has significant value, helping foster recreation in the parish with architectural solutions. If we relate to Izamba with other parishes the spaces destined to the recreation are very scarce, so during the development of the investigation it is informed of several factors by what is necessary for a new function to the space. Within the new solutions, passive recreation spaces for children, young people and adults were considered as a starting point. Since it is a very extensive area requires competent professionals in the field of construction for its complete execution. Mentioned this, within the processes of design and research is considered that the rest area is one of the areas of social mayor of social interest in the high rate of retired people and senior citizens, because there is no daily routine to take a break comfortably and safely. This work is original and important for the field of interior design that will provide a better relationship of the inhabitants for the welfare and health of the residents of the Izamba parish. In the same way will serve as an example in other parishes to improve their development, where there are similar spaces have not study yet.

The present research is related to the problems presented at the Initial Education Center of Constantino Fernández Parish, this project have with objective analyze functional, spatial, technical and formal conditions to achieve better levels of teaching and learning relationship; Followed by a field, bibliographical and documentary research, in order to obtain real data on the problem and the needs that the users show. The proposal is based on a physical-formal module capable of adapting to the logical growth of new areas of education, in such a way that each of the spaces meets optimal levels of functionality for comprehensive training, psychomotor development and skills In children, in order to contribute in infants to fully develop their physical, social, affective, motor and cognitive abilities, thanks to the better spatial distribution of their teaching corners, with functional, formal and comfort characteristics, Where the main beneficiaries are the infants and Parish community.

The research is based on the redesign of the educational environment of the School of Education Basic General Córdova, specifically in the educational environment of students in second and third years of basic education, which includes infants between the ages of 6 to 7 years; previous analyzes performed in the physical environment of educational building a dysfunctional environment, coupled to commensurate with the growth of the institution inappropriately educational environment architectural elements, which causes childhood stress, fatigue towards them and even disinterest is evident users, resulting in students poor academic performance, which determines a documentary, bibliographic and field study, data collection is the run in an organized and orderly manner, which contributes significantly to the design of the proposal, the primary objective of improving the learning environment and functionality of interior architectural spaces, using a functional and design aesthetically suitable for use, applying appropriate parameter as are ergonomic, universal accessibility, furniture, suitable materials and suitable for the type of establishment and users who use it daily, such as infants, thus raising the values of comfort internal educational establishment, prioritizing children's and rest of children areas, thereby creating an integration between spaces and harmony they require for infants, using natural ventilation and lighting in spaces with the application of these principles in designing an environment in which children feel comfortable and rates appropriate comfort that encourage learning is obtained and so the level of learning of them rises
