This magazine seeks to improve the marketing, communication, and public relations strategies of the companies belonging to AFAMODA. Among the identified challenges is the limited perspective of local companies compared to their national and international competitors, which hinders the market launch of their products, history, and value propositions. The study is strictly focused on quantitative and qualitative research methods, supported by bibliographic and documentary research, as well as field work. Data collection included interviews with suppliers, managers, commercial partners, and specialists in editorial design, graphic production, and professional photography within AFAMODA. The results allowed for the identification of the need for visual communication, the needs of the target audience, and the graphic elements required for an attractive editorial concept. Subsequently, designs were developed for digital and print magazines that integrate corporate, promotional, and visual content from the member companies, applying the principles of editorial design, typography, photography, color, and layout. In addition, a website was developed as a digital tool to improve information delivery and ease of use. The initiative seeks to promote a unique visual identity for AFAMODA, increase the visibility of fashion companies in Tungurahua, and create communication channels to boost the textile and apparel sector in the province of Tungurahua, thereby increasing its commercial reach and competitiveness.
