    This research project aims to redesign the Showroom of a multinational NISSAN dealer located in the Canton Ambato; Developed from an analysis of the current state and the study of the different activities that are carried out in each area with the intention of providing customer service and influencing the performance in sales. Subsequently to be able to propose a new configuration in the distribution within the space and generate different solutions of technical, functional and aesthetic type as they are presented with the development of this research project. Consider the existing constructive characteristics of the project which can be used using them in the best way in the proposal. Focus on the visual communication of the customer with the product; As well as the relationship between the areas directly influencing the performance, that is, the acquisition of the vehicles and spare parts that is exhibited by the buyers. To achieve the above, information was collected from both administrative staff and clients; In addition to the study of documentation related to research such as research, articles, reports and projects of architectural design that allows to enrich and encourage this research, all this has been a fundamental support instrument for the performance of it.
