Procedimientos y programas operativos básicos del SART en la Empresa A&P Constructores

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “PROCEDIMIENTO Y PROGRAMAS OPERATIVOS BÁSICOS DE SART EN LA EMPRESA A&P CONSTRUTORES” tiene como finalidad la prevención y disminución de accidentes, riesgos laborales, enfermedades profesionales - ocupacionales; además de cumplir con los requerimientos técnicos legales tanto del Ministerio de Relaciones Laborales como del Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social. La presente investigación se basa en la evaluación y análisis de la estimación cualitativa en cada uno de los factores de riesgos de la Matriz de Triple Criterio y el Sistema de Auditoria de Riesgos de Trabajo; para realizar los procedimientos y programas operativos en el cual se establece la notificación y documentación de la investigación de accidentes y enfermedades profesionales mediante la investigación de causas inmediatas que afecta a los trabajadores. En la vigilancia de la salud de los trabajadores se tomará en cuenta el control y seguimiento del estado de la salud de los trabajadores, con exámenes desde el pre empleo hasta el examen de retiro para no tener dificultades legales en el futuro. En el plan de emergencia y contingencia se plantea un programa de capacitación ante los siniestros que pueden ocurrir en la empresa, mediante el modelo descriptivo de la misma, planos de evacuación, señalización y prevención. La inspección de seguridad y salud se proyecta en base a los elementos críticos y situaciones de riesgo a inspeccionar, proponiendo acciones correctivas para cada área de la empresa y brindar mayor seguridad a los trabajadores. La determinación de los equipos de protección personal y ropa de trabajo para cada trabajador se basa en la elección adecuada, mediante el requerimiento de cada uno de los procesos y a la situación de riesgo que se presenta ante las labores realizadas por el trabajador. La auditoría interna es un proceso sistemático para mitigar los riesgos y verificar el cumplimiento de los programas operativos en la empresa, con un responsable que sea debidamente calificado y así obtener un resultado y mejorar continuamente; capacitando, inspeccionando y entrenando a los trabajadores, para tener un índice mínimo de accidentabilidad y riesgos laborales en la empresa. El desarrollo de los programas operativos aportará en gran medida al cambio del ambiente de trabajo más seguro y confortable, encaminada al mejoramiento de la seguridad e higiene laboral, así satisfaciendo a los trabajadores tanto en el desarrollo humano como en el desarrollo social equitativo, ya que esto aportará un cambio cultural en cada uno de los involucrados, facilitando al crecimiento de la empresa así como en la eficiencia y eficacia de sus trabajadores al realizar sus labores diarias. ABSTRACT The present research work entitled "Procedure and Programs Operating Basics of SART in the Company A & P Builders" It has as purpose the prevention and decrease of accidents, labor risks, professional illnesses - occupational; besides fulfilling the requirements technical legal point of the Ministry of Labor Relationships as of the Ecuadorian Institute of Social security. This research is based on the evaluation and analysis of qualitative estimation in each e of the factors Matrix Triple Criteria and Audit of risks of Work System; to carry out the procedures and operative programs in which settles down the notification and documentation of the investigation of accidents and professional illnesses by means of the investigation of immediate causes that affects the workers. In the surveillance of the health of the workers it will take into account control and pursuit of the state of the health of the workers, with exams from the pre-employment until the retirement exam for not having legal difficulties in the future. In the emergency plan and contingency thinks about a training program before the catastrophes that can happen in the company, by means of the descriptive pattern of the same one, evacuation planes, signaling and prevention. The inspection of security and health is projected based on the critical elements and situations of risk to inspect, proposing actions corrective for each area of the company and to offer bigger security to the workers. The determination of personal protective and Work wear for each worker teams is based on the suitable choice through the requirement of each of the processes and the status of risk presented to the work performed by the worker. The internal audit is a systematic process to mitigate risks and verify the compliance of the operational programs in the company with a responsible person who is duly qualified and thus getting a result and to improve continually; qualifying, inspecting and training workers to have a minimum rate of accident and occupational risks of the company. The development of the operative programs will contribute in great measure to the change of the atmosphere of surer and more comfortable work, guided to the improvement of the safety and labor hygiene, this way satisfying the so much workers in the human development as in the equal social development, since this will contribute a cultural change in each one of those involved, thus giving a place to the development and growth of the company both in efficiency, effectiveness of its workers to perform their daily tasks.
