Resumen : | Las PYMES engloban las pequeñas y medianas empresas que se asumen como sistemas creadores de valor económico, que generan un nivel de competitividad gracias a sus procesos productivos y, además, aportan al crecimiento de una localidad. En ese sentido, la importancia del manejo de marketing digital en este tipo de empresas se enmarca en las diferentes estrategias que incluye el uso de medios digitales para fortalecer los procesos internos. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal diagnosticar la gestión del marketing digital como ventaja competitiva para las PYMES en la pandemia Tungurahua-Ecuador por el virus COVID-19, el problema se centró en saber cómo estas empresas han enfrentado la pandemia del COVID-19 y si han utilizado el marketing digital para ello. Dentro de los resultados se detallan tres apartados: A) Datos sociodemográficos, B) Marketing Digital y Competitividad en las Pymes durante la pandemia y C) Componentes más relevantes del marketing digital y la competitividad en las Pymes. Como conclusiones, se evidencia que estas empresas han implementado el marketing digital para minimizar los efectos negativos de la pandemia y lograr estabilidad en la crisis sanitaria. Las PYMES representan sistemas creadores de valor económico que permiten el desarrollo de los países, por ello requieren estrategias de marketing digital que se alineen a las necesidades de los clientes y respondan a la demanda de un mercado cambiante, más aún en tiempos de pandemia. De esta forma, el nivel de competitividad de estas empresas se enmarca en la utilización de medios digitales para la promoción de los productos o servicios y se convierten en canales para la venta. |
Descripción : | SMEs include small and medium-sized companies that are assumed to be systems that create economic value, that generate a level of competitiveness thanks to their production processes and, in addition, contribute to the growth of a locality. In this sense, the importance of managing digital marketing in this type of company is part of the different strategies that include the use of digital media to strengthen internal processes. The main objective of this research was to demonstrate the management of digital marketing as competitive advantages for SMEs in the Tungurahua-Ecuador pandemic due to the COVID-19 virus, the problem focused on knowing how these companies have faced the COVID-19 pandemic and if they have used digital marketing for it. Three sections are detailed within the results: A) Sociodemographic data, B) Digital Marketing and Competitiveness in SMEs during the pandemic and C) Most relevant components of digital marketing and competitiveness in SMEs. As conclusions, it is evident that these companies have implemented digital marketing to minimize the negative effects of the pandemic and achieve stability in the health crisis. SMEs represent systems that create economic value that allow the development of countries; therefore, they require digital marketing strategies that are aligned with the needs of customers and respond to the demand of a changing market, even more so in times of pandemic. In this way, the level of competitiveness of these companies is framed in the use of digital media for the promotion of products or services and they become channels for sale. |
