| Resumen : | La presente investigación está enfocada en analizar e investigar la relación que existe entre el proceso administrativo y la calidad de la educación impartida en seis de las unidades educativas pertenecientes al Distrito 18D05 del Cantón Píllaro del Ministerio de Educación. Considerando la oferta académica que viene desde preprimaria y primaria, se evaluará únicamente aquellas que ofertan los niveles: primero, segundo y tercero de bachillerato. La investigación se realiza sobre base de la Ley Orgánica de Educación Intercultural vigente a la fecha de la investigación, publicada en el Registro Oficial Suplemento 417 el 31 de marzo de 2011, hasta su última actualización al 19 de abril de 2021, que rige a las unidades educativas del país, tomando en cuenta los fenómenos sociales y los problemas de gestión administrativa que se presentan en las unidades educativas y contrastando con la calidad educativa. Para esta investigación se involucró al personal administrativo y docente que unge como tutor de curso. Durante el proceso de recolección de datos, apoyados en la técnica de encuesta por medio de la aplicación y diseño del instrumento de escala de Likert, los resultados obtenidos contribuyen a evidenciar el cumplimiento de los procesos administrativos y su orientación a la corrección de errores y retroalimentación en busca del mejoramiento continuo de una educación de calidad que cuente con el aporte significativo de la comunidad educativa y sus perspectivas de la situación actual de la calidad de educación en el distrito. Finalmente, el trabajo final de estudio presenta una propuesta al mejoramiento y cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes que regulan los procesos administrativos de las unidades educativas a fin de consolidar estándares de calidad aptos para el sistema educativo y la necesidad de ampliar la investigación hacia una muestra a nivel nacional que corrobore y corrija la realidad de la educación en el Ecuador. |
| Descripción : | This research work is focused on analyzing the relationship between the administrative process and the quality of education provided in 6 of the schools of the 18D05 District of the Píllaro Canton. In view of the academic offer that comes from pre-primary and primary school, only those that offer Sophomore, Junior and Senior year of high school will be evaluated. The research is carried out based on the Organic Law of Intercultural Education, still in force while this research was conducted, published in the Official Gazette Supplement 417 on March 31, 2011, until its last update on April 19, 2021, and that governs schools. The social phenomena and the problems of administrative management that occur in the schools have been taken into account. Administrative and teaching staff took part in this research. During the data collection process, supported by the survey technique through the application and design of the Likert scale, the results obtained contribute to evidence compliance with administrative processes and their orientation towards the correction of errors and feedback in search of continuous improvement of a quality education that can have the significant contribution of the educational community and its perspectives of the current situation of the quality of education in the district. Lastly, the final study presents a recommendation to improve and comply with the regulations and procedures in force issued by the different control entities such as: the Ministry of Education, the Zonal Coordination Units and the education Districts of the different cantons, which regulate the administrative processes of the schools in order to generate processes and consolidate quality standards suitable for the Educational system and the need to expand research towards a national sample that corroborates and corrects the reality of education in Ecuador. All this, with the idea of providing teachers as well as educational authorities with instruments, norms and procedures that can help them improve the quality of their work which will, in turn, have an impact on the education of students. |
