Resumen : El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como principal objetivo explicar la importancia de la implementación del primer certificado INEN en las Mipymes del sector textil, con el fin de estandarizar diversos procesos que se efectúan a diario en las organizaciones y establecer requisitos dentro de cada uno de los procesos y que son necesarios para asegurar la calidad de sus productos. La investigación, se llevó a cabo con 240 Mipymes del sector textil de la provincia de Tungurahua; la escaza aplicabilidad de Mi primer certificado INEN en este tipo de empresas, hacen posible que la investigación se efectúe de la mejor manera, encontrando que las organizaciones tienen gran acogida a esta certificación, y estos resultados permitirá incrementar la competitividad empresarial mediante la innovación y la calidad en los procesos productivos. Para el avance de la investigación, se aplicó encuestas como un instrumento de recolección de datos a las Mipymes del sector textil de la provincia de Tungurahua específicamente a los gerentes y propietarios de las mismas que son los principales ejes dentro de las organizaciones y a través de los cuales se pudo obtener información de los procesos que se realizan a diario en las empresas. Se plantea un manual de calidad con los requisitos primordiales para poder obtener la certificación. Con la aplicación de los diferentes requisitos propuestos por Mi primer certificado INEN, la competitividad de las empresas en Tungurahua se incrementará, permitiendo llegar a la investigación a una fase de aplicación y por ende de aceptación.
Descripción : The main objective of this research work is to explain the importance of implementing the first INEN certificate in the Mipymes of the textile sector, in order to standardize various processes that are carried out daily in organizations and establish requirements within each of the processes and that are necessary to ensure the quality of their products. The investigation was carried out with 240 Mipymes of the textile sector of the province of Tungurahua; The limited applicability of My first INEN certificate in this type of companies, make it possible for the research to be carried out in the best way, finding that the organizations have a great reception to this certification, and these results will allow to increase business competitiveness through innovation and quality in the productive processes. For the advancement of the research, surveys were applied as an instrument of data collection to the Mipymes of the textile sector of the province of Tungurahua specifically to the managers and owners of the same that are the main axes within the organizations and through the which could obtain information of the processes that are carried out daily in the companies. A quality manual is presented with the main requirements to obtain certification. With the application of the different requirements proposed by my first INEN certificate, the competitiveness of companies in Tungurahua will increase, allowing research to reach an application phase and therefore acceptance.
