Resumen : The present research entitled "EFFECT OF A SYMBIOTIC PHYTOTHERAPEUTIC ON MORPHOMETRIC INDICES OF BURSA, SPLEEN AND THYMUS IN BROILER CHICKENS", analized in 280 broilers chickens Cobb of one day of age, evaluating morphometric indeces, relationship between the bursa, spleen and thymus, food consumption, weight gain, feed conversion and production cost analysis until 49 days of age. The birds were distributed in four treatments: T0 = control, T1 = 0.50ml the phytotherapeutic symbiotic per liter of water Beverage, T2 = 0.75 ml the symbiotic phytotherapeutic per liter of drinking water and T3 = 1 ml the symbiotic phytotherapeutic per liter of drinking water, with seven replicates per treatment, a completely randomized design (DCA) was used with variance analysis (ADEVA) and Tukey test verifications at 5% significance. T2 showed a better response numerically compared to the other treatments, at week one in the bursa, spleen and thymus with weights of 0.23g, 0.14g and 0.49g respectively, reaching 5.49g, 3.67g and 5.64g at week seven. For the morphometric rates of the bursa, spleen and thymus the T2 had better values, week one with 1.42, 0.88 and 2.66 respectively, reaching values of 1.78, 1.17 and 1.83 in week seven. In the bursa / spleen, bursa / thymus and thymus / spleen relationships, T2 presented values at week one of 1.64, 0.55, 3.29 respectively, with values 1.11, 0.97 and 1.55 at week seven. T2 showed a better weight gain with 3044.40 g compared to the other treatments. Additionally the food consumption was not affected statistically (p> 0.05); With 6102.33g / bird, it was observed that T2 consumed less amount of balance feed and at the some time it obtained the best food conversion with a value of 2.00. Forthermore, the economic analysis reported the highest percentage of profitability with 9.97%, a profit of $ 43.82 and income of $ 439.36. Therefore it is recommended to use the symbiotic phytotherapeutic in the drink water at doses of 0.75 ml / lt in chickens of fattening as probiotic and immune stimulant.
