Creación de un centro turístico y recreacional adecuado para personas con discapacidad

Abstract

One of the representative needs of the human being in the world today is to have places and time for relaxation. Tourism business has become an important source of income in many parts of the world. Developing services such as resorts, which offer a long list of options to achieve an experience out of everyday life. In the case of people with disabilities, it should be emphasized that meeting needs for recreation and distraction is too complicated; Since the conditions of traditional tourist services do not offer facilities for this segment. Therefore, in the present enterprise has sought to create a tourist and recreational center exclusively for people with hearing, visual, language and physical disabilities. Data from the survey of people with disabilities on favorable economic conditions in Europe and North America argue that there is the desire and the adventurous spirit to travel to an Amazonian country like Ecuador, but that the lack of understanding of the disabilities by the Businessmen has slowed this intension. Therefore, this project proposes a tourist and recreational center, oriented to the service of people with disabilities, where they can carry out tourism activities in close contact with nature, in safe and accessible conditions.
