Abstract

This study analyzes the administrative control of the Bread House bakery in the city of Ambato in 2014, where the approach to the problem, which is structured macro, meso and micro contextualization develops, the problem arises through a tree of causes and effects which the criticism that guide the research is conducted, also posed measurable objectives giving effect to the object of the study. documentary research is also used as the background information is investigated, as well as the theoretical basis considering several authors performed also hypothesized that will measure the relationship between variables in order to meet the objectives outlined above are developed. Continually research methodology used is indicated, which mode, the focus, the research level as well as defining the population to be operated in the detailed study; from there it concentrates on presenting the results of research, analyzing and interpreting information from the field, which proceeds to use the statistician Student t test for hypothesis testing, after which the investigation is concluded and raises possible recommendations to implement.
