Abstract

The objective of the following clinical case, is to give solution for external poplitetic sciatic nerve sequelae injuries, the study reflects on the case of a 25 year old women, who past a hip arthroplasty surgery in which as a consequence, she had an external poplitetic sciatic nerve injurie. To continue with the case, it’s analyzed the pre and inter hospitality and also physical rehabilitation, to recollect information and determine the hip arthroplasty causes that originated the external poplitetic sciatic nerve Neuropraxia For instance, people that had a relationship with the patient were investigated to complement the study case and also the chronological events redaction for her clinical case. Moreover, the investigation studied briefly the treatments that she received in the rehabilitation area. In which it was analyze the critical points that caused other injuries conditions, specifying the opportunities and improvement actions for each one. To end the study of the clinical case purposes an alternative treatment that consists in manual therapy maneuvers to recover the movement of the external poplitetic sciatic nerve that was affected in the postoperative act to finally reinstate in her normal life.
