Various materials will be explored for the development of a textile liner that meets the needs and requirements of users, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality without compromising the performance of the prosthesis. To achieve this, collaboration will take place with textile engineers who will assist in determining the most suitable materials for the development of the liner. Comprehensive testing will be conducted to ensure that the selected materials meet the necessary standards for comfort and durability. It is expected that the results of this project will significantly contribute to enhancing the use of prostheses in the country, promoting the health and comfort of users. Additionally, innovative alternatives will be offered within the Ecuadorian market, thus driving economic and social development in this sector.
