MSc.Jiménez Rodríguez, Kaina Mishell2020-02-282020-02-282020-02-01https://repositorio.uta.edu.ec/handle/123456789/30967La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal analizar los cambios biomecánicos osteomioarticulares que ocasiona la artrosis de manos en pacientes que acuden al laboratorio de Terapia Física de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato; esta investigación inicio realizando una historia clínica completa, para posteriormente realizar valoraciones mediante cuestionarios (FIHOA, DASH, AUSCAN, SF-36) relacionados a la función, rigidez, dolor y calidad de vida de las personas que padecen artrosis de mano, tomando en cuenta las alteraciones que se presenta mientras avanza la enfermedad. Estos cuestionarios son muy utilizados a nivel internacional y de gran utilidad para llegar a un correcto diagnóstico y a un acertado enfoque de rehabilitación basado en las necesidades del paciente. El enfoque del estudio realizado es de tipo descriptivo observacional, de cohorte transversal con enfoque cuali-cuantitativo, ya que se recolectó información mediante la utilización de cuestionarios de valoración. Para la realización del estudio se reclutó un solo paciente que acudía al laboratorio de Terapia Física con una relevante sintomatología, se encontró alteraciones como desgaste articular, reducción de espacios articulares, disminución considerable del movimiento de flexión del pulgar derecho en la articulación interfalángica, debido a los movimientos repetitivos que realizaba el sujeto de estudio en el campo laboral, donde ejecutaba pequeños movimientos monótonos lesionando las articulaciones y limitando el agarre con los dedos.The main objective of this research was to analyze the osteomyoarticular biomechanical changes caused by hand osteoarthritis in patients who go to the Physical Therapy laboratory of the Technical University of Ambato; This investigation began by carrying out a complete medical history, to subsequently carry out assessments through questionnaires (FIHOA, DASH, AUSCAN, SF-36) related to the function, stiffness, pain and quality of life of people suffering from hand osteoarthritis , taking into account the alterations that occur while the disease progresses. These questionnaires are widely used internationally and very useful to reach a correct diagnosis and a successful approach to rehabilitation based on the needs of the patient. The focus of the study is observational descriptive, cross-sectional cohort with qualitative- quantitative approach , since information was collected through the use of assessment questionnaires.
