Resumen : La presente investigación es diseñada para determinar los factores de comercialización como: educación, salud, comportamiento, psicológico, tecnología, seguridad, corrupción, inflación, resiliencia económica, economía local, economía global que inciden a la reactivación comercial post COVID-19 en los negocios de manufactura, servicios, comercialización y agricultura del cantón Cevallos período 2021-2022. Los datos que se obtuvieron en la investigación contribuyeron para confirmar que Cevallos es el tercer cantón que ayuda al crecimiento y sostenibilidad económicos en la provincia de Tungurahua. El análisis partió de los antecedentes, el entorno en que se desarrolla las actividades económicas del cantón, a ellos se los justifica y fundamenta de manera teórica científica en conjunto a los objetivos planteados y alcanzados al terminar el proyecto. La metodología utilizada fue de manera cualitativa y cuantitativa, que facilitó para el procesamiento y la recolección de datos por medio de la encuestas, cuestionarios y entrevistas que se los aplico a los propietarios de las diferentes actividades económicas y productivas del cantón, así como un análisis de las ventas históricas 2021-2022. Una vez obtenidos los resultados se logró realizar las conclusiones y recomendaciones; se utilizó datos significativos el fin que sea un plan estratégico práctico para el GAD del cantón Cevallos y que permita vincular mediante los planes de acción a los negocios de: manufactura, servicios y agricultura. Este estudio hizo un aporte de investigación de administración en políticas públicas y privadas vinculadas al emprendimiento y reactivación comercial post COVID-19.
Descripción : This research is designed to determine marketing factors such as: Education, health, behavior, psychological, technology, security, corruption, inflation, economic resilience, local economy, global economy that affect the post-COVID-19 commercial reactivation in the manufacturing, services, marketing and agriculture businesses of the Cevallos canton period 2021 -2022. The data obtained in the investigation contributed to confirm that Cevallos is the third canton that helps economic growth and sustainability in the province of Tungurahua. The analysis started from the background, the environment in which the economic activities of the canton are developed, they are justified and based in a theoretical scientific way together with the objectives set and achieved at the end of the project. The methodology used was qualitative and quantitative, which facilitated the processing and collection of data through surveys, questionnaires and interviews that were applied to the owners of the different economic and productive activities of the canton, as well as an analysis of historical sales 2021-2022. Once the results were obtained, the conclusions and recommendations were made; significant data was used in order to be a practical strategic plan for the GAD of the Cevallos cantón and that allows linking through the action plans to the businesses of: manufacturing, services and agriculture. This study made a contribution to management research in public and private policies linked to entrepreneurship and post-COVID-19 commercial reactivation.
