| es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | The COVID-19 pandemic generated a crisis in the labor area, forcing workers to readapt themselves. That is why it was decided to approach psychosocial risk factors, focused on Burnout Syndrome, officially declared as a disease by the WHO. This assigned category highlights its importance and the consequences it entails for those who suffer from it, as well as for their family circle, the company and society. The family as an institution strengthens family relationships, however, current changes have highlighted gender inequality and the overload of work carried out by women inside and outside the home is evident. That is why the consequence is that they are more likely to develop this disease, presenting symptoms of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low personal fulfillment. This study was carried out in order to evaluate if there is a correlation between burnout syndrome and the affectation of family relationships with a gender approach, for which the Maslach Burnout Inventory instrument and the Scale to Evaluate Family Relationships were applied in employees of public institutions. Research carried out in the Educational Unit "Caranqui" and the Educational Unit "Luis Ulpiano de la Torre". Having as results that moderate symptoms of burnout are presented in addition to a very significant percentage that demonstrates the overload and deficit of family support, at the same time the spheres of family and work represent conflict, so maintaining balance between the two is a challenge for the employees. | es_ES |
