| Resumen : | El presente trabajo se realizó con una investigación Correlacional, enfoque mixto porque voy analizar las variables cualitativas y cuantitativas de la Gestión de Calidad en el Proceso Administrativo de Liga Deportiva Parroquial Huachi Chico con 17 sujetos que son mi población de estudio para cumplir con el objetivo de Identificar la intervención de la Gestión de la Calidad y el Proceso Administrativo y poder evaluarlo, como es conocimiento de todos el área del deporte es demasiado amplia para emprender nuevos rumbos como administrador deportivo ya que en nuestro país podemos mejorar con nuevas ideas y propuestas en el campo organizacional de todos los deportes. Con una adecuada gestión de calidad nos ayuda a ser competitivos y mejorar constantemente ofertando un servicio de calidad y cumpliendo las metas como empresa deportiva seguidamente el proceso administrativo lleva un orden dirigido y organizado que es planificar controlar organizar y dirigir la institución de una mejor manera, debemos tomar en cuenta un diagnóstico inicial para poder trabajar por el bien de la Liga Deportiva Parroquial Huachi Chico.Las variables en la investigación dan a conocer como satisfacer a los clientes en este caso a los delegados de los equipos para que noten y estén al tanto sobre el servicio de calidad, tomando en cuenta recursos humanos, financieros, tangibles, intangibles, fomentando el liderazgo de los directivos que están al frente, direccionando el trabajo en equipo siempre con el diálogo la comunicación dentro de la Institución deportiva, planteando estrategias para el adecuado funcionamiento de Liga con eficacia y responsabilidad para ser competitivos y reflejar un trabajo transparente y de calidad cumpliendo con el proceso Administrativo planificando lo que se va ha realizar en la Liga, Organizando lo que se va a realizar en la institución delegando funciones y tareas a los directivos, direccionando el Talento de la personas y tomando decisiones y controlando constantemente lo que se va a realizar |
| Descripción : | The present work was carried out with a correlational investigation, a mixed approach because I am going to analyze the qualitative and quantitative variables of the Quality Management in the Administrative Process of the Huachi Chico Parish Sports League with 17 subjects who are my study population to meet the objective of Identify the intervention of the Quality Management and the Administrative Process and be able to evaluate it, as is known to everyone, the area of sport is too broad to undertake new directions as a sports administrator since in our country we can improve with new ideas and proposals in the organizational field of all sports. With adequate quality management it helps us to be competitive and constantly improve by offering a quality service and meeting the goals as a sports company, then the administrative process carries a directed and organized order that is to plan, control, organize and direct the institution in a better way, we must take into account an initial diagnosis in order to work for the good of the Huachi Chico Parish Sports League.The variables in the research reveal how to satisfy the clients in this case to the delegates of the teams so that they notice and are aware of the quality service, taking into account human, financial, tangible, intangible resources, promoting leadership of the managers who are in charge, directing teamwork always with dialogue communication within the sports Institution, proposing strategies for the proper functioning of the League with efficiency and responsibility to be competitive and reflect a transparent and quality work complying with the Administrative process planning what is going to be done in the League, Organizing what is going to be done in the institution delegating functions and tasks to the managers, directing the Talent of the people and making decisions and constantly controlling what is going to be done |
