| Zusammenfassung: | El estudio de caso analizado fue del Proyecto de Construcción del Hospital del Día de la Cruz Roja de Tungurahua, donde se analizó la gestión financiera si existió éxito o fracaso del financiamiento de la construcción del Hospital del Día, así detallar aspectos que consolidaron su ejecución en base a una revisión de documentos y con entrevistas que ayuden a establecer en etapa del desarrollo de un proyecto se concretó esta iniciativa. La modalidad de estudio es bibliográfica y de campo, tanto porque analizó la problemática a nivel teórico, que se sustenta en el análisis de la información en el mismo lugar de la problemática o los hechos, en el cual se recolecta los datos con todos los actores involucrados en el desarrollo del proyecto de financiamiento e indaga de fuentes documentales de la organización acudiendo a la misma, para revisar informes, proyectos y otros previo a la autorización de las autoridades. Donde se determina que las que cada una de las etapas en la elaboración del Proyecto hubieron fallas de tiempo y de presupuestos por no realizar análisis pertinentes que hubieran determinado la falta de recursos económicos. |
| Beschreibung: | The case study analyzed was from the Construction Project of the Tungurahua Red Cross Day Hospital, where financial management was analyzed if there was success or failure of the financing of the construction of the Hospital del Día, thus detailing aspects that consolidated its execution in Based on a review of documents and interviews that help to establish this initiative in the stage of development of a project. The modality of study is bibliographic and field, both because it analyzed the problem at a theoretical level, which is based on the analysis of the information in the same place of the problem or the facts, in which the data is collected with all the actors involved in the development of the financing project and inquire of the organization's documentary sources by going to it, to review reports, projects and others prior to the authorization of the authorities. Where it is determined that those that each one of the stages in the elaboration of the Project had time and budget failures for not carrying out relevant analyzes that would have determined the lack of economic resources. |
