Beschreibung: The seven cooperative principles formulated by the International Cooperative Alliance represent the basis for the running of cooperatives. Said principles the differences of the rest of entities, in which the economic benefit prevails for the interests of the people, while for the cooperatives the needs of their members and their surroundings the highest priority. That said, with the application of the principles you can build an image of good company, while providing great benefits for its members and their community, especially in the social and educational field. Thus, in this work the causal relationship between cooperative principles with the corporate image and the benefits perceived by the partners is defended. The instrument used to collect information was a questionnaire of 46 items valued under the Likert scale. Based on the information generated by applying it to the cooperative members, and through the PLS model of structural equations, verify the hypotheses raised in this investigation. Therefore, we can affirm that the principles of Economic Participation of the members, Cooperation between cooperatives and Interest by the community affected in a positive and significant way to generate a good corporate image of the organization compared to other organizations and institutions. In the same way, it is the principles of education, training and information, cooperation between cooperatives, economic participation of the members and the corporate image construct that benefit the most from members, measured in terms of control, participation, satisfaction, trust and location.
